Transit + Handling + Order Cut Off Time( For United Kingdom) 

Handling time: 1-2 Days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Transit Time Depend on the productss as shown below:

All Crussis Products including E-bikes and Crussis made accessories: 3–7 working days

Mobility Scooters: 5–12 working days

Every other Products not listed above: 3–5 working days

 Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

How will i know my order has been shipped?

To track your order go to our Track Your Order page: https://ridersmarts.com/pages/tracking-order. Also, you'll receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number. For more details, please contact us.

Wrong Address:

If You provide a wrong address during checkout and the product is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return product.

Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept.
