We offer FREE shipping to all customers within the United Kingdom, and we only ship within the UK. Our shipping policy sets clear expectations regarding order processing, delivery timeframes, and returns. Please review the details below.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Once you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. We carefully verify and prepare each order to ensure quality service.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment, along with real-time tracking information when dispatched.

Delivery & Shipping

We partner with trusted suppliers, each with specific delivery timeframes. Although all shipments are consolidated under the Rider Smarts brand, please note the following estimated delivery times by product group:

  • Crussis Items:
    All items from Crussis are delivered within 3-7 working days.
  • Cycling Accessories:
    This group includes accessories, cycling sportwear, Bike’s tools, E-scooters, bike parts, Helmets and tools. These items are delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Mid-range Items:
    Products including various e-bikes, e-scooters, bike accessories, bike parts, and tools—are delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Mobility Scooters:
    Mobility scooters from are delivered within 5-12 working days.
  • Romet E-bikes:
    Romet’s E-bikes are delivered within 3 working days.
  • Standard E-bikes & E-scooters:
    All standard E-bikes and E-scooters are delivered within 2-5 business days.

These delivery estimates begin from the moment your order is processed and dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability, logistics, or local conditions.

  • Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link for real-time shipment updates.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 14-Day Return Policy:
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    For returned items, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ridersmarts.com. You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage to ensure prompt resolution.

    We offer FREE shipping exclusively within the United Kingdom, and all shipments are directed only to UK addresses.
